Heart Expansion: A Yin, Cacao & Reiki Journey

Join Erica Onofrio for a relaxing, heart-expanding workshop of yin, sacred cacao, and reiki at Sunstone Massage & Yoga.

Yin Yoga is a gentle floor practice. Yin works on deeply stretching, not strengthening the muscles. Even those who don’t feel flexible are welcome to join in and will receive a great benefit.

Sacred cacao is different than the kind used for baking or hot chocolate. Sacred cacao is grown in Peru by native farmers using the same methods of their ancestors to harvest this delicious and heart warming plant medicine. Cacao is chocolate in its purest form and helps calm the nervous system, reduce inflammation, and increase feelings of gratitude.

Reiki is a specialized technique for reducing stress and encouraging relaxation. It is simple and effective and will leave you feeling relaxed and peaceful.
