Massage therapy… is a time-honored therapy that addresses the soft tissue. The goal is to reduce muscular tension, create a state of relaxation and enhance the mind / body connection. Most of our sessions are a full 60 or 90 minutes. We also allow ample time between sessions for sanitization and to encourage a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere. Year-round office is located in downtown Cape May Court House, NJ. Additional summer location in Stone Harbor NJ available May through September.

Techniques are combined to personalize your session. This treatment will combine the basic Swedish massage techniques along with specific focused bodywork. The treatment is intended to target and alleviate painful stressed muscles. When ease of movement is restored this can bring peace and calm to the mind. This treatment can reduce the effects of stress. Treatment may include: Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Stretching & Essential Oils.

Deep Tissue / Sports Massage
Deep Tissue, Trigger Point & Pain Management techniques are combined to assist with muscular strain, soothe pain, and increase recovery time from strenuous exertion. This technique uses very specific, focused and detailed massage along with deep pressure to assist with healing and muscle recovery time from overuse.

Peaceful Swedish style massage combined with Aromatherapy, Guided Breath work and Relaxation techniques to induce a deep state of emotional calm and reduce effects of stress and tension.

This treatment combines our in house blended massage oils with a therapeutic massage to encourage a calm, grounded and meditative state. We combine the effect of sandalwood, patchouli and more to help ease into a deep state of Zen! We also add on a few heated stones to create balance and warmth.
