Join us to honor the solstice and embrace the darkness and the light through a yin yoga and guided journey to your innermost self.
Yin Yoga is a form of yoga that allows for a deep stretch in the connective tissues, releasing stuck energy and clearing the meridian lines. In this practice, yin poses will be utilized to help you connect more deeply with your inner self.
A guided journey is similar to a meditation experience. In each pose you will be guided to connect with a part of yourself.
No prior experience is necessary.
