Restorative Yoga helps release tension in the body, calm the nervous system, and reduce pain & stress. Poses are gentle for the body, requiring no muscle usage and only light stretching.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. You will receive Reiki during one restorative pose (poses are typically held for more than five minutes).
This gentle, candlelight class will help you ease into the holiday season peacefully.
