Healing breathwork is an active, three-part breathing meditation that enables deeper self-awareness for personal transformation and growth. It is performed while laying down where the participant is empowered to control their own healing and transformation through the pace and intensity of their breath. What sets this breathwork class apart from other modalities is the potent combination of the meditative breathing technique along with the wisdom of intuitive guidance, in a safe and supportive environment.
The breathwork technique enables the participant to disconnect from the mind and connect to a deeper level of emotional and physical awareness, release stress and tension from the body, and improve overall well-being. This meditation workshop is for the person who is ready to empower themselves to take control of their own healing. This will enable you to reconnect to your heart and come home to your authentic self.

Jennifer Eldon is a certified breathwork practitioner dedicated to freeing her clients of the stress, anxiety, inherited trauma, and self-limiting beliefs occurring our hectic, modern world.
The breathwork methodology that Jennifer leverages is heart-centered, active meditation that purges the body of emotional and energetic debris. The client leaves the session having shifted stuck, stagnant emotional energy into a state of flow. Clients experience a tangible release of strong, negative emotions like anger and sadness, and find themselves more present, reconnected to their bodies, and out of the negative thoughts in the mind.
