A time of rebuilding and reenergizing or depletion and frustration. The heart is at the center of this season. The place of joy. The element of fire in balance – can bring an enthusiasm for life, in excess create restlessness, and if deficient can create a lack of joy. This practice will tend to our Heart Meridian through gentle movement and restorative poses; inquiry by connecting to our emotions and grounding into how we want to feel.
