Yoga + Massage w/ Michele Hughes

Would you like to learn how to enjoy a daily massage? As much as we would love to see you all in the massage treatment room more often, we realize it isn’t practical to receive a massage everyday! Within this yoga class, you will learn self massage techniques to reduce pain and stress. Simple and easy hands on techniques will create a sense of ease in body and mind. Class is taught via zoom!
Class includes: PDF of 6 massage techniques and a Zoom playback of the class (30 days)
Class is suitable for all ages and abilities. If being on the floor is not accessible, a chair may be used.
