Yin Yoga for the Chakras
This class will consist of yin yoga postures combined with chants, music, visualizations and affirmations designed to align your chakra system. Reiki will also be provided for each participant during the class.
Yin Yoga is form of yoga where seated postures are held for a minimum of three minutes in order to allow for a deep stretch into the connective tissues in the body. Yin can help energy move more fluidly through out the body alleviate energy blockages, reduce pain and inflammation and create a space for deep relaxation.
Come enjoy this amazing yoga practice which will leave you feeling light and more in the “flow”.
