Are you ready for Spring?
March 31st 5:30-7:00pm

This class will help to replenish and release the energy of winter. We will use mindful yoga along with yin yoga to feel restored. Plant essential oils of Basil and Lemon will be blended into the class to encourage renewal, focus and vibrancy. You will enjoy a long peaceful Savasana to the sound of singing bowls.
Each student will receive a take home blend.
All levels welcome.
For individual attention the class will be capped at six students.
