Recalibrate with Restorative Yoga

Join us for a serene restorative yoga practice by peaceful candlelight.
Enjoy an evening of deep relaxation and bliss.
Feel nurtured, revitalized and refreshed.
During this class student will experience yoga postures that help heal the effects of chronic stress.
We will use props and bolsters to relax deeply into the poses, ample time will be allowed.
Attention to breathing will reduce muscular tension and reduce anxiety.
This class is suitable for all ages, experience levels and those recovering from injury or illness. Preregistration needed.
