Policies & Procedures:
**Due to NJ Reopening Guidelines All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours prior to session. No walk ins permitted.
***We kindly request 24 hours notice for all cancellations***
24 hour advance notice is required: when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. 48 hours advance notice is needed for all large group massage and yoga reservation of 6 or more.
No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their a room holding fee for their missed appointment equal to the massage fee.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Gift Certificates: All Gift Certificates are valid one year from date of purchase and are valid for services only.
Gratuities: Gratuities may be accepted by therapist in Cash form only. Gratuity may not be placed on Credit Card/Debit Card.
Yoga & Meditation Classes: All class package savings cards have an expiration date and are non-refundable or transferable from one student to another. We will not give refunds for classes not taken. Class savings cards can only be used for regular scheduled classes, not for workshops and special events classes. Freezing & Holding savings Packages: We do not extend expiration dates unless the circumstances are dire, such as extreme injury or illness. We cannot extend expiration dates for business or vacation travel. No exceptions. Thank You!
Cancellations for Workshops or Events – Full payment reserves your space. If student cancels less than 48 hours prior to event, no refund is given. If student cancels prior to 96 hours to event a full credit will be issued. If client does not call or show for the scheduled event all monies are forfeited. And in the event if the Center cancels or postpones a workshop a full refund will be given.
Prepaid Series – If the student misses any of the scheduled classes, there are no make up days, and missed class can not be taken at another time. The series are non refundable, and not extendable, or transferable from one student to another.
