What is guided meditation? What are the benefits?
A guided meditation is a process in which one or more individuals meditate together in a group setting with the guidance of an instructor. We provide chairs, yoga mats and other props to support you during your meditation, you simply need to show up. At times essential oils may be offered to enhance this experience.
It is my goal to create a mental image through speaking to you with the assistance of gentle music and sounds that play in the background. It is your goal, to feel relaxed and take your mind from thought and worry to a natural state of harmony.
There are many benefits to guided meditation, here are some of my favorites:
-slow down for 30-45 minutes / lower blood pressure / increase oxygen levels / recharge your internal clock / bring mental clarity and harmony to your body and mind / increase wellness by boosting your immune system.

Cost: Private classes by request: $40/each 1-2 students
or Small Group Private 3-8 students $20 per person.

My desire is to have those who would like to experience peace with themselves join me through a guided meditation. My experience with mediation started as a student in a healing arts school 9 years ago. Everyone can benefit from taking time out to rest the mind; this facilities healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
