Chair Yoga is a great way to stretch and relax from head to toe! Chair Yoga is a gentle form of Yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. This form of Yoga is for all levels and especially suitable for those who cannot get down onto the floor to do a traditional mat yoga class.
