Could you use a Dose of Deep Peace?
Learn how to effectively counter the ramifications of physical and emotional stress.
This one-to-one session includes 20 minutes of clear simple meditation and breathing techniques.
We follow this with a 20 minute guided relaxation to control your body’s relaxation response (Yoga Nidra). This may ease insomnia, decrease anxiety and alleviate stress. The session may take place on a chair, floor, or massage table. In person or Via Zoom. In addition to one to one sessions, small groups may also inquire.
One 50 min session In studio or via zoom: $60
